Pawshome Terms of Use

Welcome to Pawshome. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use Pawshome.

Who can use Pawshome

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pawshome. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.

Content you post

You are responsible for the posts, photos, and messages you share. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Pawshome permission to display it within the app so other users can help reunite or adopt pets. Only post content you have the right to share, and keep the information you provide accurate.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Pawshome. You agree that you will not post, upload, or send content that is:

• Harassing, threatening, hateful, or that bullies or targets any person or group.
• Sexually explicit, violent, gory, or otherwise obscene.
• Illegal, fraudulent, scam-related, or promoting the sale of animals for cruelty, fighting, or other unlawful purposes.
• Spam, misleading, or impersonating another person or organization.
• A violation of someone else's privacy or rights.

Reporting and moderation

You can report any post or user directly in the app using the report option, and you can block any user so you no longer see their content or receive their messages. We review reports of objectionable content and act on them — typically within 24 hours — by removing the content and/or removing the users who posted it. We may suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these terms, without notice.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, posts, messages, and notifications.

Disclaimer

Pawshome is a community platform that connects people; we do not verify the identity of users or the accuracy of posts, and we are not a party to any interaction, meeting, or adoption arranged between users. Please use good judgment and caution when meeting or dealing with other users. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
